About Audrey,
Identity first. Then movement.
The lived experience and professional path behind Solveggen Studio.
Hi, I’m Audrey.
There was a time when everything looked right.
Career progressing. Responsibility increasing.
Motherhood entering my life.
From the outside, it worked. Inside, something was dissolving.
I lost the ability to choose. Not the big decisions first. The small ones.
Somewhere between ambition, responsibility and adaptation,
I had lost touch with who I truly was.
Before that, there had been other forms of disconnection: insecurity, over-responsibility, being a yes-sayer, choosing what looked safe on paper.
I built a circle.
I learned boundaries.
I moved countries.
I chose love.
I created a Life.
And later, I entered the hamster wheel again.
Burnout stopped me.
Postpartum darkness forced stillness. Twice.
I had to reconstruct myself brick by brick.
That reconstruction became methodology.
Not theory, but lived structure.
Values. Desire. Boundaries. Voice. Identity.
I discovered something essential:
No action is meaningful if it does not begin with orientation.
No decision is true if it does not come from grounding.
Identity first. Then movement.
I’m Audrey, born in 1987, Belgian living in Copenhagen since 2016.
And that lived experience is the foundation of Solveggen Studio.
“People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did.
But people will never forget how you made them feel.”
Maya Angelou
I believe that
Identity is the anchor of a meaningful life. That no action is coherent without orientation. That the body signals what the mind avoids, what the unconscious knows. That growth without grounding creates noice. That clarity restores the ability to choose.
And that desire is legitimate.
“I had several coaching sessions with Audrey during a period of transition. The work helped me gain clarity and structure around what I needed to focus on. The balance between reflection and practical movement made the process both grounding and actionable.”

Professional background
Before founding Solveggen Studio, I spent more than fifteen years in international marketing and brand leadership.
I built global brand platforms, led large teams, and shaped long-term brand experiences across markets.
I learned that identity precedes strategy.
That coherence builds trust.
That sustainable growth requires clarity at the core.
Today, I integrate personal depth, strategic clarity, embodied awareness and aesthetic sensibility.
My clients do not come for motivation.
They come for grounded orientation.

I completed the Co-Active Coaching curriculum, with over 120+ hours of live core training, and currently completing certification.
I am also trained in powerful systemic-based coaching techniques, from the Belgian coaching school "Une Touche de Joie”.
Coaching, to me, is relational and alive. It is a dance between structure and presence.
My work integrates:

• Systemic tools addressing the unconscious
• Embodied awareness
• Strategic translation
